Well, I do not usually do reviews, but I felt this deserved one! I have been using the herbal wormer formulas for a number of years, and really like them a lot. So do the goats! Anyway, I decided to try this salve mostly because of congested udders and sometimes mastitis. It is fantastic! Udders softened within a couple of days - I mean the whole udder, not just the skin.

Every year I have a couple of goats that get little bumps that become pussy. Not plesant for me or them. I have not found anything that clears this up quickly, so we just bare through it. I used this salve, and they cleared up in about a week! I am very happy!

Another addition - a couple of weeks ago I was pulling T posts and one snapped and hit me in the eye! I had quite a cut and swollen/bruised eye. I have a Nubian doe who is a first freshener. After a very difficult delivery of twins, her udder was hard and very tight. She refused to let her kids nurse and it was very difficult to milk her. I had ordered this last year and had not had an occasion to use it until now. I started using it twice a day on her udder and the difference is unbelievable! Her udder is soft and supple and milking her is easy. She is happy and producing great milk. She really seems to enjoy the massage that she gets as I am applying. Great product! I highly recommend.

I've had dairy goats for 3 years. A few years ago I picked up a jar of this but never had occasion to use it until now. Last week I had a first freshener kid with twins. After 5 days her udder developed major edema. It was so painful she wouldn't let her kids nurse. I pulled this stuff out yesterday and started applying it yesterday afternoon (along with an udder massage each application). By this evening her udder is 70% improved. I can't believe it. The change in texture is unbelievable. Also noteworthy is how soft and easy to apply this salve is. Pricey but great stuff.

I bought the Mastitis/Udder Massage Salve to try on a doe who freshened with udder edema. It helped with that, but what really amazed me was when I tried it on my doe who had severe mastitis last year and had a knot about the size of a ping pong ball in her rear udder ever since. After a week of use the knot completely disappeared and the fibrosis was significantly reduced! What a great product.

Finally reviewing this udder salve which I was initially using on 1 doe that had just freshened..well after less than a week I knew it was a salve I would not be without, it kept her udder in exellent condition, with no worries...thanx again Molly for a superior herbal salve...
